Ymipainting Review 2026: Is Ymipainting Worth It? We Break Down 7 Best-Sellers
Last updated October 2026 · Researched from ymipainting.com, Etsy and Judge.me customer reviews, and the brand's own policy pages
Ymipainting large hand-painted canvas styled in a living room
Large original-looking canvas art for a few hundred dollars sounds too good to be true, so it is fair to ask whether Ymipainting delivers what it promises. The brand says every piece is hand-painted on canvas by a team of artists, shipped worldwide with free postage, and open to free modifications until just before it ships. The catalog leans heavily on calm, neutral abstracts, florals, landscapes and city skylines that suit modern and minimalist homes.
This review is researched, not hands-on. We went through the store's best-sellers, its shipping and returns policies, its about page, and the customer feedback on Etsy and Judge.me. Prices and details below come from the brand's own pages. The bottom line: Ymipainting looks like a real, active seller with a large base of positive reviews, but the "was" prices are very high and delivery can be slow, so go in with realistic expectations.
Quick Verdict
Best for: Shoppers who want large, textured, neutral-toned wall art without gallery prices, and who do not mind waiting for a made-to-order piece.
Skip if: You need artwork in days, want a named artist with a verifiable portfolio, or expect a "was" price to reflect what a painting is really worth.
Price range: Entry sizes start at roughly $88 to $140 depending on the design; the largest sizes run into the thousands of dollars (at time of writing, October 2026).
Our rating: 4/5, based on policies, product range and customer feedback found online rather than hands-on testing.
What Is Ymipainting?
Ymipainting is an online art store that sells canvas paintings made to order. According to its about page, the team is a group of professional artists with backgrounds in fine arts, design and contemporary painting, and each piece is made by hand with acrylics and oils on canvas. The brand states it does not sell prints or digital copies. Its Etsy shop, which lists a seller based in Shenzhen, China, describes the business as focused on handmade paintings.
The catalog is big and organised by style: abstract, floral, landscape, city skylines and more. Most designs come in several sizes and a choice of finishes, from a rolled canvas you frame yourself to gallery wrap, metal frames and floating frames. That flexibility is the main appeal, because you can pick the same artwork as a budget rolled canvas or as a framed statement piece.
Is Ymipainting Legit?
Based on what we found, yes, it appears to be a real operating business. The brand has a long-running Etsy shop with hundreds of reviews and a high average rating, and a Judge.me store profile showing several hundred reviews averaging close to five stars. Buyers describe receiving photos or videos of the finished painting before shipment, and some mention being able to ask for changes.
There are caveats. We did not find a Trustpilot page or Reddit discussion for the brand, so independent sentiment is thin. Many of the glowing reviews sit on pages the seller controls or on platforms where feedback can be curated. The "hand-painted" claim rests mostly on the brand's own word. A few reviewers mention long waits for delivery, and one Etsy buyer said a first version looked darker than the website photo before it was redone. Treat the brand as legitimate but verify before you spend big: ask for a progress photo, and pay with a method that offers buyer protection.
The Best Ymipainting Products, Reviewed
1. Abstract Wall Art #YMP623 — Best for a calm neutral living room
Ymipainting botanical abstract wall art in beige and ivory tones
Price: $95.20 to $1,042.40 · Style: Abstract · Sizes: 15x20 in up to 36x48 in · Finishes: rolled canvas, gallery wrap, metal frames, wood or floating frame
This botanical abstract uses layered leaf forms and fine linear ridges to create a sculptural, textured look. The palette is beige, ivory and warm sand, which makes it easy to pair with most furniture. The brand positions it for living rooms and dining areas. If you like quiet, tone-on-tone art, this is the safest pick in the catalog, and the smallest size keeps the entry cost low.
Pros
Soft neutral palette that suits many interiors
Wide choice of sizes and eight finish options
Low entry price for the smallest size
Cons
Texture is hard to judge from photos alone
Framed large sizes get expensive quickly
2. Flower Art #CFL053 — Best for a soft floral statement
Ymipainting large impressionist floral painting in pink and green
Price: $105.60 to $3,860 · Style: Flower · Sizes: 16x24 in up to 48x72 in · Finishes: rolled canvas, gallery wrap, metal frames, wood or floating frame
The large floral painting is described by the brand as an impressionist piece in soft pink and green with rich oil textures. It is meant to bring a spring feel to a bedroom, living room or office. With eight sizes up to 48x72 inches, it works as either a modest accent or an oversized focal point, though the biggest size is priced like a serious art purchase.
Pros
Fresh, light colours that brighten a room
Very large sizes available for big walls
Cons
Price climbs steeply with size
Impressionist colours can look different on screen than in person
3. Gold Leaf Wall Art #CA0747 — Best for subtle shimmer
Ymipainting vertical abstract canvas with scattered gold texture
Price: $88 to $3,077.60 · Style: Abstract · Sizes: 16x24 in up to 48x72 in · Finishes: rolled up, gallery wrapped, gold, black or silver metal frames, floating frames
This gold abstract canvas scatters soft gold texture over a neutral background, with vertical brushwork that gives a calm downward flow. According to the brand, the gold catches light quietly rather than shouting. It is a good fit if you want a touch of glam without a loud metallic look, and at $88 for the smallest size it is one of the cheapest ways in.
Pros
Understated gold detail adds warmth
Lowest starting price among the best-sellers
Black, gold and silver frame options match the metallic accents
Cons
Light-reflecting finishes are tricky to judge from photos
Large floating-frame versions cost far more than the base canvas
4. Abstract Wall Art #YMP654 — Best for a paired diptych above a sofa
Ymipainting neutral brown textured diptych canvas set
Price: $140.80 to $5,030.40 · Style: Abstract diptych · Sizes: two panels from 20x20 in up to 60x60 in · Finishes: rolled up, gold, black or silver frame
The two-panel abstract set pairs beige, warm brown and layered neutral tones, and is intended for spaces over sofas, dining tables or console walls. A pair fills a wide wall better than a single canvas. One thing to note: the product description mentions "printed on premium canvas", which sits awkwardly next to the brand's hand-painted claim, so it is worth asking the seller to confirm how this particular piece is made.
Pros
Two panels cover a wide wall in one purchase
Warm brown palette adds depth to minimalist rooms
Cons
Listing wording on printing versus painting is unclear
Highest starting price of the seven picks
5. Undulating Green Peaks #YMA0483 — Best for a long, horizontal landscape
Ymipainting abstract mountain range painting in sage green and cream
Price: $116 to $4,108 · Style: Landscape · Sizes: 16x32 in up to 40x80 in · Finishes: rolled canvas, gallery wrap, gold, black, silver, white or wood frame
A sage green mountain scene with soft gradients and a minimalist composition, this wide format suits above-bed and above-sofa spots. The brand describes the mood as tranquil and elegant. The elongated 1:2 shape is useful when a square or portrait canvas would feel too small for the wall.
Pros
Calming green and cream palette
Long format works over beds and wide sofas
Cons
Only a short description, so fewer details to go on
Large sizes sit at a premium price
6. Abstract Wall Art #YMP651 — Best for a minimalist horizon look
Price: $88 to $3,724.80 · Style: Abstract landscape · Sizes: 16x24 in up to 48x72 in · Finishes: rolled canvas, gallery wrap, gold, black, silver, white or wood frame
This abstract horizon painting favours mood over literal scenery, using warm beige, sand and muted earth tones with gentle layered brushstrokes. The brand recommends it for modern minimalist and Scandinavian homes. It is a restrained piece that will not compete with furniture, and it also starts at $88.
Pros
Very versatile earth-tone palette
Entry price of $88 for the smallest size
Cons
Subtle design may feel plain to people who like bold art
Similar beige abstracts are common, so it is not very distinctive
7. Chicago Art #YMC079 — Best for a city skyline gift
Ymipainting abstract Chicago skyline reflected over water
Price: $128.89 to $5,248.89 · Style: City · Sizes: 16x32 in up to 40x80 in · Finishes: rolled canvas, gallery wrap, metal frames, wood or floating frame
The abstract Chicago skyline shows recognisable towers through a light haze with a vertical reflection across water, in beige, rust, pale blue and grey. It is a natural gift for anyone attached to the city or a feature piece for an office. A second Chicago design, a dusk impasto version, is also in the catalog if you want warmer sunset colours.
Pros
Distinctive subject for a personal gift or office
Muted palette still works in modern interiors
Cons
Niche subject compared with abstracts
Priciest starting size of the seven designs after the diptych
Quality and Durability
We could not hold any of these canvases, so we are relying on the brand's description and buyer feedback. The brand says its pieces use acrylics and oils on canvas, and the product pages describe layered textures and brushwork. Rolled canvas arrives in a tube and needs stretching or framing locally, while gallery wrap and framed options arrive ready to hang. Customer comments we found mostly praise packaging and colour accuracy, with the occasional note that a piece looked darker than the photo. Because the pieces are made to order, expect small variations between your painting and the product photo.
Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping: The brand advertises free postage worldwide.
Packaging: Wrapped and framed canvases ship flat in a cardboard box; floating-framed and large pieces ship in a wooden crate; rolled canvas ships in a tube.
Timing: Pieces are made to order, so there is a creation time before shipping. Some reviewers mention long waits, so check the delivery terms before you order.
Free modifications: The brand offers free changes right up until shipping, and sends photos or videos of the finished painting by email or WhatsApp.
Shipping damage: Keep the packaging and photograph the damage. The brand states it will offer a free replacement or accessories, and a full refund if the damage is serious.
Returns: Read the full returns policy on the site before buying, as made-to-order art is often treated differently from standard retail items.
Ymipainting vs. Competitors
Mass-market print retailers: Usually cheaper and faster, but typically sell printed reproductions rather than hand-painted canvases.
Etsy painters and small studios: Often named artists with one-of-a-kind work, but quality and speed vary widely by seller and prices can be higher.
Gallery and art marketplaces: Offer artist provenance and curation, but generally cost much more than Ymipainting's entry sizes.
How to Save at Ymipainting
The simplest saving is the code JAYSONREVIEW, which is built into our Ymipainting coupon code link. We tested the link in a cart with a discounted item, and it applied 5% off automatically (a $95.20 item dropped by $4.76). The sheet lists it as 5% off the entire order; we verified it on one sale item only, so check your own cart total before paying.
Other ways to cut costs: choose the rolled canvas and frame it locally, start with a smaller size, and compare the frame options, since a gold, black or silver frame is a big price jump on large pieces. For more current offers, see all current Ymipainting coupon codes.
A word of caution on the price tags: the "was" prices shown on the store, such as $1,303 for a piece starting at $95.20, look extremely inflated. Judge the painting by what you would pay today, not by the crossed-out figure.

Final Verdict
Ymipainting is a solid option for shoppers who want large, textured, neutral-toned art at a fraction of gallery prices. The range of sizes and frames, the preview photos and the free modification offer are real strengths. The drawbacks are slow made-to-order timelines, inflated crossed-out prices, and "hand-painted" claims that are hard to verify yourself. If you decide to order, use the Ymipainting promo code link to get the 5% off, start with a smaller size, and ask for a preview before it ships.

How We Researched This Review
We reviewed the Ymipainting store, its about, shipping and returns pages, and the product details of its best-sellers, then compared them with customer feedback on Etsy and Judge.me. We ran a cart test through our link to check the discount. We did not buy or handle the paintings ourselves, so quality comments reflect the brand's statements and reviewer experiences, not our own testing.
