Yescom USA Review 2026: Is Yescom USA Worth It? We Break Down 8 Best-Sellers
Last updated October 2026 · Researched from yescomusa.com, Trustpilot, Walmart seller feedback and the BBB
Yescom USA seasonal promotion banner from the brand's homepage
If you have ever searched for a flagpole, a prize wheel, a rolling makeup case or a grommet machine, you have probably landed on a Yescom listing without realizing it. The catalog is huge and wildly varied, which raises a fair question: is Yescom USA a dependable place to buy, or a marketplace-style store where quality depends on which product you pick?
Yescom positions itself as a Los Angeles-area supplier of equipment for events, restaurants, beauty professionals, workshops and everyday shoppers. In this review we went through the brand's own product pages, shipping and returns policies, and the independent feedback we could find on Trustpilot, the BBB and Walmart. We did not buy or physically test anything, so everything below is research based. The short version: the prices and product range are attractive, but customer service and return feedback is mixed, so go in with eyes open.
Quick Verdict
Best for: Small businesses, event organizers, salons and DIYers who want commercial-style gear at direct-to-consumer prices
Skip if: You want a hassle-free, free-returns experience or you need guaranteed premium build quality on every item
Price range: Roughly $100 for a rolling makeup case up to about $2,000 for a custom inflatable arch (at time of writing, October 2026)
Our rating: 3.5/5, based on the product range, the free-shipping policy and a mixed picture of independent reviews
What Is Yescom USA?
According to its About page, Yescom USA was established in 2002 and operates out of Covina, California. The company describes itself as a US-based supplier equipping businesses, contractors, venue operators and everyday consumers, and says it has spent more than 20 years collecting customer feedback and purchasing data to decide what to stock. It also states that it is a registered vendor for the US federal government, with a CAGE code listed on its site.
In practice, the store works like a broad catalog. You will find flag poles, restaurant menu covers, inflatables, mobile computer carts, event prize wheels, workshop tools and salon furniture under one roof, many of them sold under in-house names such as Byootique (beauty), WinSpin (prize wheels) and NexusX (workstations). The announcement bar also pushes volume pricing, quote requests, customization and B2B tax-exempt accounts, which tells you where the company sees its core customer: small and mid-sized businesses.
Is Yescom USA Legit?
Yes, in the sense that it is a long-running, real company with a physical California base, a published phone number and clear written shipping and returns policies. It also sells through Walmart's marketplace, where we found a seller rating around 4.2 out of 5 across several thousand ratings.
The picture is less rosy elsewhere. Trustpilot shows a low score of about 2 out of 5 from only around 14 reviews, with complaints focused on customer service, slow returns and defective items. The BBB lists the business as not rated. Reviews on marketplace listings are mixed, with some buyers praising on-time delivery and others reporting damaged packaging. Our takeaway: legit, but not flawless. We did not find any Reddit discussion, so independent sentiment is limited.
The Best Yescom USA Products, Reviewed

The Yescom EZ GO flag pole kit is a telescoping aluminum pole that the brand says can fly two 3x5 ft flags at once. A rotating shaft at the top is designed to stop flags from wrapping around the pole, and a solar light switches on automatically at night. A Regal Eagle finial finishes the look. For the money it is a complete kit, which is the main attraction for homeowners and small storefronts.
Pros
Complete kit with light and finial included
Three height options and two colors
Rotating top is meant to reduce flag tangles

Cons
High upfront cost for five pieces
Customized products are non-refundable under the store policy

The brand offers full-color screen printing, color selection and logo customization, and says pricing includes shipping and design costs with no minimum order. Customized arches are pre-order only to protect print quality, so plan well ahead of your event date.

The WinSpin prize wheel is a big, crowd-drawing piece built on a heavy-duty steel stand with four locking wheels. You can swap prizes with stickers (not included) or remove the acrylic panel and order a professional custom print from the brand. We could not confirm how long the higher was-price was actually in effect, so treat the markdown as a listed price rather than a guaranteed saving.
Pros
Large 48 inch face that is easy to see in a crowd
Locking wheels and a steel stand for stability
Custom printing available
Cons
Expensive for occasional use
Prize stickers are sold separately
6. Yescom Semi-Auto Grommet Machine with 10,000 Grommets: Best for Banner Makers and Crafters

Price: $329.99 · Includes: 10,000 number 2 nickel grommets
If you make banners, tarps or signs, the Yescom grommet machine removes the slow part of the job. It feeds grommets automatically, has a clear case so you can spot deformed pieces, and an extra-long foam-padded lever. The 10,000-grommet starter supply is a practical bonus.
Pros
Automatic feeding speeds up repetitive work
Clear case makes it easy to check grommets
Large grommet supply included
Cons

Overkill for a one-off craft project
7. Byootique 4-in-1 Rolling Makeup Case: Best for Traveling Makeup Artists
Byootique 4-in-1 aluminum rolling makeup case
Price: $99.99 (listed as reduced from $149.99) · Colors: Mermaid Black, Pink, Purple, Silver

Pros
Modular four-section design

Price: $299.99 to $339.99 (listed as reduced from $419.79) · Colors: Black, Pink and several themed finishes
The Byootique makeup station combines an expandable floor-standing table, a mirror and four large drawers with a Bluetooth-style speaker feature named in the listing. It has four spinner wheels, two of them lockable. Yescom is clear that it is meant to live in one place as a nail art workstation rather than be moved often.
Pros
Folding tabletop, mirror and four drawers in one unit
Several color options
Detachable wheels for easy replacement
Cons
Not designed for frequent transport
Only two wheels lock
Quality and Durability
Because Yescom sells such a wide range, quality is product dependent. Heavier items such as the prize wheel and mobile cart rely on steel construction, while the makeup cases use aluminum frames with ABS bodies. The most common criticism we saw in independent feedback was not design but shipping damage and slow resolution when something arrived broken. Inspect large boxes on arrival, photograph any damage and contact customer service right away, because Yescom directs damaged or defective orders to a phone line instead of the standard return process.
Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Free shipping: Free UPS Ground, SurePost or Mail Innovations on orders to the 48 contiguous states, excluding PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses
Processing: Same business day if payment is completed before 12PM PST, though same-day shipping is not guaranteed
Multiple shipments: Items may ship separately from different US warehouses
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging; the customer pays the initial shipping cost
Exceptions: Custom and personalized products are non-refundable
Damaged or defective items: Call customer service at 1.626.336.2829
Warranty: No store-wide warranty was stated in the information we reviewed
Yescom USA vs. Competitors
Amazon and Walmart marketplaces: Easier returns and faster support, but you may pay more for similar generic equipment, and many comparable sellers carry a similar quality range
Restaurant and event supply specialists: Often deeper in a single category and sometimes stronger on service, but with a narrower catalog
Big-box home improvement stores: Convenient pickup for items like flag poles, but fewer customization options and no custom printing services
How to Save at Yescom USA
We did not find a discount code attached to our link, and our cart test showed no discount on a full-price item of $199.99. A separate site-wide promotion did apply automatically on a larger cart: a $1,099.99 sale item received a $100 reduction labeled as a Lock In Christmas offer (spend $1,000, save $100). The announcement bar also lists a save $250 offer on orders of $2,000, which we did not test, so treat it as listed rather than verified, and note that the banner says it ends October 31.
Other ways to save: volume pricing quotes, sale-priced items such as the WinSpin wheel and Byootique cases, and free shipping on eligible orders. Browse the current Yescom USA deals before checkout, because promotions change often. Business buyers can also register for tax-exempt B2B accounts.
What Real Customers Say
Independent feedback is limited and mixed. Here are the recurring themes we found, paraphrased.
Praise: Reasonable prices for the category, orders that arrive on time on Walmart listings, and replacements issued quickly in some cases
Praise: Satisfied buyers of flag poles and flags who describe good service
Praise: Wide selection that covers niche equipment
Complaints: Slow or frustrating returns and replies from customer service
Complaints: Items arriving damaged in thin packaging, or defective products such as a tire that would not hold air
Trustpilot's score is low, but it is based on a small number of reviews, and the page notes the company has not been inviting reviews. Read the most recent comments yourself before placing a large order.

Final Verdict
Yescom USA is a useful one-stop catalog if you need event gear, workshop tools, display items or salon furniture and want to avoid specialist markups. Free ground shipping, customization options and a long operating history are real positives. The trade-offs are a middling independent reputation for customer service, no free returns, and non-refundable custom orders. If you are weighing it up, a small first purchase is a sensible way to test fulfillment before committing to a four-figure order. When you are ready, check the latest Yescom USA promo code and sale listings first.
